Isolation is one of the most significant obstacles young adult patients (and caregivers) face beyond the physical and financial burdens of cancer. Adjustment to new normals in energy levels, functional ability, and the rhythm of daily life compound feelings of disconnect from family, friends, and life as it was before diagnosis.

Connecting with others who understand helps!  Our programs are open to young adult cancer fighters/survivors, age 18-39 years of age, and their caregivers and promote the well-being of mind, body, and spirit. (We even have a few options in Houston for adolescents 15-17 years old.)
